1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Modifications/Cancellations: Please contact us immediately at 2769331756@qq.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Changes can only be accommodated before your order has entered the packing stage.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We currently ship to the United States and Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping to the United States:
    • Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch (available for most regions).
  • Shipping to Europe:
    • Standard Shipping: 12–22 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch (available for most countries).

Please Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country’s authorities. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


3. Packaging & Handling

Every garment is carefully inspected and packaged using quality protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to wear.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.


5. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Proof of Delivery: Once the carrier’s tracking system marks the shipment as “Delivered,” our liability for the order ends.
  • Failed Deliveries: Failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to collect from a pickup point may result in the parcel being returned or stored. In such cases, additional reshipping or storage fees will apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 20 business days (for US/Europe destinations) after dispatch, please contact us to initiate an investigation.
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours at 2769331756@qq.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage to both the item and its packaging.
